GTFO Gets Terrifying Gameplay Trailer At The Game Awards 2017 (VIDEO)

GTFO Trailer

GTFO is looking to take the top spot in terms of terrifying 4-player co-op games. Where Left 4 Dead has shined for years, this up and coming title looks to expand on the horror genre and give gamers nightmares for some time to come.

The new trailer debuted at The Game Awards 2017, offering the best look yet at the scary experience that lies ahead for players. Payday and Payday 2‘s designer has begun a new studio, 10 Chambers Collective, who is developing the dark game that will keep the four-player co-op horror genre going strong. Check out the new GTFO video below showing some sweet gameplay, followed by a brief description:

GTFO is a 4 player action/horror cooperative game for those looking for a real challenge. Players get to play as a team of scavengers, forced to explore and extract valuable artifacts from a vast underground complex that has been overrun by horrifying monsters. Gather weapons, tools and resources to help you survive – and work to unearth the answers about your past and how to escape.”

Not much else is know at this point in time about the upcoming game, other than it aims to scare the pants off of players, it’s violent and gory, and it looks pretty fantastic. It is expected to be released at some point in 2018, but 10 Chambers’ Ulf Andersson took to the stage and mentioned that something “in some shape or form” could arrive by the end of this year. Perhaps an open beta is on the horizon. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming news, check out the following:
