Gotham Knights Release Date Possibly Teased By WB Games

Gotham Knights Batman WB Games

Gotham Knights was originally revealed earlier this year, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come in the world of the Caped Crusader. However, after the big reveal at DC FanDome, there has not been much said about the upcoming title. That, of course, was until WB Games Montreal shared a Happy Holidays card with fans, and as many have pointed out, the card possibly contains a tease for the game’s release date.

Taking to Twitter, WB Games Montreal shared the Happy Holidays card on the official Gotham Knights account. We can see a few wrapped gifts, a punching bag, and an advertisement for Haly’s Circus and The Flying Graysons. According to the poster, the event shows dates for Tuesday, July 16th through Sunday, July 21st. While some may think nothing of it, others on Reddit have pointed out that this could be teasing the release date.

Looking at a calendar, the dates shown on the poster don’t exactly line up with 2021. The 16th falls on a Friday, while the 21st will be a Wednesday. However, fans have pointed out that if you put all of the numbers together, you get the specific release date of July 16, 2021, which is a Friday, a common day used for game releases. Unfortunately, until WB Games Montreal confirms or denies the possible tease, we’ll just have to keep on guessing.

Gotham Knights is currently in development and expected to arrive at some point in 2021 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
