Far Cry New Dawn Gets Brand New Trailers, New Details Emerge (VIDEO)

Following the explosive reception of Far Cry 5, where players are thrown into the chaotic of Hope County, Montana and the under-workings of a cult known as Eden’s Gate, comes a brand new entry into the series titled Far Cry New Dawn. In the latest release from Ubisoft, the studio reveals brand new trailers that introduce fans into the post-apocalyptic revival of Hope County.

Seventeen years after the nuclear disaster, survivors emerge to a “superbloom” of plant and wildlife and reclaim the land once more. Despite the eden that presents itself to the survivors of the apocalypse, mankind hasn’t changed in the slightest. Far Cry New Dawn boasts a new wave of enemies called Highwaymen, led by ferocious twin sisters Mickey and Lou. The group hold no shame in taking advantage of vulnerable survivors. Aside from new enemies, there’s a beloved doggo character that’s ready to claim everyone’s heart once more. Far Cry New Dawn Features

Homemade Arsenal

Get ready to tear up Hope County – figuratively, in a custom off-road dune buggy, or literally, with a beastly sawblade launcher. Build and discover a wide range of weapons and all-new rides, ranging from motorbikes to attack helicopters, and use them to teach the Highwaymen what chaos really means.

Don’t Fight Alone

A new generation of Guns for Hire stands ready to join the battle against the Highwaymen, from hopeful teen Carmina Rye to septuagenarian sniper Nana. If you prefer Fangs for Hire, Timber the Akita is ready to ride along, and Horatio the boar will smash enemies like a four-legged battering ram.

Liberation and Beyond

Discover new ways to play, including Expeditions, which send you ranging far outside Hope County on targeted missions across the USA. Closer to home, liberated Outposts can be replayed for a tougher challenge, netting you better rewards if you can wrest them back from the Highwaymen again.

A New Threat

The Twins, Mickey and Lou, were children when the nukes fell, and the apocalypse’s cruel lessons in survival forged them into the merciless leaders of the ruthless Highwaymen. Now they’re fighting to take everything from Hope County’s vulnerable Survivors, as well as its other struggling factions.
