Dead By Daylight Adds Ghostface (VIDEO)
Earlier this year, Dead by Daylight players were treated to an accidental look at the game’s next killer. After acknowledging the mishap, Behaviour Interactive finally revealed said killer with a pretty hilarious trailer. That said, the time has come and Ghostface is now in the popular title.
As can be seen in the video below, The Ghost Face will certainly provide a challenge for survivors. With many different abilities and perks, the killer is sure to be a joy for those who who partake in the hunting down of the pesky survivors. Check out the new killer in action in the new video below:
“The Ghost Face, more commonly known as Jed Olsen to his acquaintances, is a devious Killer that stalks his victims from the shadows,” reads the description. “Two of his victims would report being followed on their way home just days before their deaths. He could watch the same victim for weeks, monitoring their routine while snapping photos and planning his entry. When he got the urge to kill, he would visit the most vulnerable victim on his list and quickly make his way inside their house.”
The same forum post then goes on to detail Night Shroud, the new Dead by Daylight killer’s power. “When the power gauge is full, Night Shroud can be activated, completely hiding his terror radius,” the post reads. “When active, The Ghost Face can lean around corners and stalk Survivors. Stalking a Survivor for a short time will leave them exposed. Attacking or being detected by Survivors will deplete the power gauge and end Night Shroud. Additionally, The Ghost Face may crouch at any time by pressing the active ability button. Crouching while Night Shroud is active will hide The Ghost Face’s red stain.”
