New Look at Days Gone Map for PS4 Looks Delightfully Huge

Days Gone Map

There is only a little over a month standing between fans and the release of Days Gone on the PlayStation 4. That said, many people are excited to get their hands on the title and take to the Pacific Northwest as Deacon St. John and slay every Freaker that stands in their path. According to the map, however, that path is vast.

The images of the map were recently posted by GameReactor, who got their hands on the upcoming title a bit early. In the four images, we can see that the map featured in Days Gone is significantly huge and contains various sectors that players will find themselves in. The map even shows which quests will be found in which sectors. Check it out for yourself below:

Needless to say, that’s one big map. After all, Days Gone will feature an open-world experience, so having a large map is certainly important. Especially when you will be travelling by foot or by motorcycle. Either way, fun times are ahead. For more on the upcoming game, here’s a bit of the official synopsis:

“Immerse yourself in vast and hostile environments, and explore their secrets. Search abandoned vehicles, houses, truck stops and towns as you scavenge for resources. But be careful — day and night cycles, along with dynamic weather systems, all affect gameplay and enemy behavior.

“Perfect your gameplay with an endless combination of strategy and play in every situation. Craft customized items using pieces and parts found in the field, from brutal melee weapons to traps and more. Act wisely, as every choice can be the difference between life and death.”

Days Gone is set to drop on April 26th for PlayStation 4. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
