Cyberpunk 2077 Box Art And Pre-Order Bonuses Possibly Leaked
This year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo is within reach, which means gamers everywhere are about to be bombarded with a mountain of information regarding already announced title, unannounced ones, and everything in between. One title that will be present at the big show is Cyberpunk 2077, which may have just suffered a little leak, much like a lot of other games have this week.
Of course, let’s just get this out of the way right now – grab the salt. The leak comes by way of ResetEra user “vestan,” who says their friend recently sent them the image that can be seen below. The graphic is in Polish, but users have been able to piece together everything that is going on. Essentially, what appears to be shown is the box art, which is just the recently released yellow-background image that CDPR shared with everyone.
In addition to this, we can see postcards from Night City, stickers, a book that details the game’s world, a map of Night City, and some other goodies, including a mini artbook, the game’s soundtrack, wallpapers for PC and mobile devices, and the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG book. It’s unknown if these are meant to be pre-order bonuses or if this could even be a special edition of sorts.
Of course, fans must refrain from getting too hyped. While all of this appears realistic, there is a good chance that it is fake, mainly because of the box art. Considering it is the recent wallpaper that CDPR themselves released, one dedicated fan could have run with the idea of creating this image. Either way, we are just going to have to wait until E3 kicks off to learn if there is any truth to this or not.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
