Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition Coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One (VIDEO)
There was a recent leak that pointed to Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition coming to the current generation of consoles. Of course, as many of you may know, the first installment in the franchise was not included with the Handsome Collection, which is available on PS4 and Xbox One. However, that all changes soon, as it is officially coming to the newest generation of hardware, and it looks awfully pretty.
The reason it looks so good is because it’s in glorious Ultra High Definition! That’s right, not only is the original Borderlands coming to the current generation of consoles, but it has also received the upgrades to match. That is clearly visible in the official trailer, which you can check out below:
As can be seen in the trailer above, Borderlands is bringing all of its guns, action, and wonderful characters to PS4 and Xbox One for the first time, and it’s going to be quite the ride, especially if you’ve never played the original title before. According to the video description:
“Discover the co-op shooter-looter that started it all! With new weapons, visual upgrades, character heads, gold chests and keys, plus all 4 add-on packs, you can enjoy all of the content from one of the Most Acclaimed Games of its era, now in one sweet and deliciously modern package!”
Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition will be arriving in Ultra High Definition on April 3rd for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
