Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer beta is now live in prep for their November 4th release. Activision announced their schedule previously for the beta rotation for this generation of consoles:

  • PlayStation 4  opens 10 AM PT on October 14th until October 17th
  • Xbox One opens at 10 AM PT from October 21st until October 24th
  • No beta access for PC players

So what does this particular beta include? One thing players can look forward to is access to the game’s differing combat rigs, which are comparable to how the heroes are grouped in Overwatch and classes in Black Ops III. There are six rigs in total and the early beta access grants gamers a look into three of them. This is designed to give a level of personality and strategy to the match play. Phase-jumping, sniping, robotic – you pick your style.

Infinite Warfare

Players will also have access to a limited number of maps that the latest installment has to offer. For a complete overview of everything you can expect in the beta, check out their press release here.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 4th alongside a copy of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’s remaster for premium versions of the game. The campaign for that remaster is also live NOW for pre-orders only.
