In the above trailer, fans get to see Edward Elric take on enemies using his alchemy skills, as well as Alphonse who is made completely of CGI, but fits in so well that you might forget that fact. Viewers also get to see some other familiar faces for the first time like Roy Mustang, Maes Hughes, Winry Rock Bell, and the Homunculi. In the villain corner we see Lust, Envy, and Gluttony all showing off their alchemy skills as well. Here is a synopsis of Fullmetal Alchemist thanks to Viz Media:

In an alchemical ritual gone wrong, Edward Elric lost his arm and his leg, and his brother Alphonse became nothing but a soul in a suit of armor. Equipped with mechanical “auto-mail” limbs, Edward becomes a state alchemist, seeking the one thing that can restore his and his brother’s bodies…the legendary Philosopher’s Stone”
