The Elder Scrolls: Blades Announced for Nintendo Switch, Cross-Save Confirmed (VIDEO)
Nintendo Switch has become one of the most mobile-friendly platforms, with the Big N inviting attention from countless developers thanks to it being the only machine bringing games of equal parity to a home console and handheld device, while also featuring ports of some of the most currently beloved iOS and Android games. Today is no exception as Bethesda announced at their E3 2019 conference that they would be bringing The Elder Scrolls Blades to the Nintendo Switch. Check out the trailer below:
Previously announced at last year’s Bethesda E3 Conference, The Elder Scrolls: Blades launched in early access in April to great commercial success. The game saw one million downloads and made almost $500,000 in revenue within its first seven days of launch. (VG247) The game allows players to embark on a console Elder Scrolls–like experience. Players are able to equip new loot found on linear quests, as well as fight various enemies from the Elder Scrolls franchise. Features new to the Nintendo Switch version include Motion controls in handheld and docked modes, similar to their implementation in the Switch port of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Bethesda also confirmed that Cross-progress will be available via logging into the same Bethesda account you use for the mobile version.
The Elder Scrolls: Blades is now available for Android and iOS.
