Upcoming Xbox One UI Design Settled on by Microsoft After Receiving Positive Feedback

Xbox One UI Design

Thanks to the likes of betas and Insider programs, some consumers often have the ability to get their hands on games, new tech, and more before the general public. When feedback is provided, this allows companies to tweak their products accordingly. The Xbox One Preview Program does exactly this, with members being able to take new updates for a drive before they are rolled out to the masses. Due to a recent surge in positive feedback, it looks like the upcoming Xbox One UI design will be one that remains for some time.

The complete overhaul of the current Xbox One UI design provides users with a less cluttered experience while navigating around their consoles. This streamlined dashboard has garnered a ton of praise from Xbox Alpha Ring Insiders, even leading one such member to give credit where it is due on Twitter. In a tweet to Xbox Vice President Mike Ybarra, Russell McCormack expressed his love for the new design, to which the VP responded:

As can be seen above, Ybarra is pleased with where the Xbox One UI design is. He even mentions that huge changes are likely to be swapped out with “small adjustments” moving forward. The upcoming redesign cleans things up in a big way, providing Xbox One players with a cleaner environment to enjoy. If Microsoft and fans are both happy, the next Xbox One UI design will be hanging around for awhile.
