Hello Neighbor Prequel Revealed With New Trailer (VIDEO)

Hello Neighbor Prequel

Most fans who have had the chance to play Hello Neighbor knows it is quite the scary good time. That is, of course, once you overcome all of its issues. As you try your hardest to uncover the secrets within the Neighbor’s home, each time you are caught results in starting over. However, the Neighbor learns from you and plans accordingly. That said, a new prequel has been revealed for the tinyBuild title.

Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek will put the spotlight on the Neighbor and his family. As the trailer below will show you, the upcoming entry will be rather emotional, as it will tell the tale of the Neighbor and the tragic events that took place prior to the first title. According to tinyBuild:

Experience playing a game of hide-and-seek with your brother as you both deal with a loss of a family member. The game explains events that lead up to the original Stealth Horror hit Hello Neighbor.”

You can check out the sadness-inducing trailer below:

Those who wish to get their hands on the upcoming Hello Neighbor prequel, the alpha version is currently available for free. You can access that right here. However, if you’re unsure what the first game is all about, here’s a bit more from the title’s website:

You move into a brand new suburb and notice your neighbor is hiding something in his basement. The only logical thing to do is to break into his house and figure out what he’s hiding.

You play against an advanced AI that learns from your every move. Really enjoying climbing through that backyard window? Expect a bear trap there. Sneaking through the front door? There’ll be cameras there soon. Trying to escape? The Neighbor will find a shortcut and catch you.”

Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek is currently without a specific release date, but it is expected to arrive this December. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
