State of Decay 2 Gameplay Trailer Shown at E3 2017 – Release Window Revealed (VIDEO)
It feels as if it has been ages since the first State of Decay came to gamers, but it’s only been about four years. Having been met with praise upon its launch, it has provided quite the waiting game for fans. Well, thanks to Microsoft’s E3 presentation, the State of Decay 2 gameplay trailer is now available for hungry eyes to devour, and it is beyond beautiful. Check it out below:
Set to arrive in the spring of 2018, State of Decay 2 will launch with three maps, each of which will be of comparable size to that of the map in the first game. It is also a “4K UHD, HDR, Xbox One X Enhanced, Xbox Play Anywhere title.” The State of Decay 2 gameplay trailer shows off how beautiful it will be in glorious 4K. Here’s a bit more on the game:
18 months after the zombie apocalypse, the military abandons a refugee camp in small-town America. Those left behind must band together to survive the fall of civilization and the rise of the undead. In State of Decay 2, it’s up to you to gather survivors, build a community, and redefine what it means to survive.”
Even though the next installment in the State of Decay franchise isn’t arriving for nearly a year, it is safe to assume that the hype train has officially left the station. What say you, gamers?
