New Ghost Of Tsushima Concept Art Is Absolutely Stunning

Ghost of Tsushima Concept Art

When Ghost of Tsushima was announced during Paris Games Week, it clued gamers in on what Sucker Punch Productions has been up to since the release of the latest installment in the Infamous franchise. The trailer that was shown was gorgeous in nearly every way imaginable, giving players that familiar itch that needed to be scratched. While there is still no word as to when the game will officially arrive, at least we’ll have videos to occupy our time as well as delightful Ghost of Tsushima concept art to analyze.

The images that were released show off some of the beautiful settings around the island of Tsushima. The first two were shown in-engine during the trailer that premiered at PGW, while the third photo is new. We see a walkway that leads to a village hidden in the marsh, a pagoda hidden deep within the forest, and a shrine that overlooks the shore from a cliff. Check out the Ghost of Tsushima concept art below:

As stated above, we don’t know when the new title coming out of Sucker Punch Productions will actually drop, but when it does, it will be exclusively for the PlayStation 4. For a little more on what the game is all about, read the following:

The year is 1274. Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan—until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population. As one of the last surviving samurai, you rise from the ashes to fight back. But honorable tactics won’t lead you to victory. You must move beyond your samurai traditions to forge a new way of fighting—the way of the Ghost—as you wage an unconventional war for the freedom of Japan.”
