New Portal Game Revealed – Aperture Science Meets Bridge Constructor (VIDEO)

New Portal Game

“Hello and welcome back to the Aperture Science computer-aided enrichment center,” the description begins on a video recently uploaded by Headup Games. The footage released happens to actually be the announcement trailer for a new Portal game. Yes, you read that correctly. GLaDOS is returning to run players through a host of new puzzles, only this time it will not only be through the use of portals, but also the ability to construct bridges.

The popular engineering title Bridge Constructor has combined forces with the portal-slinging puzzle game to create Bridge Constructor Portal, which is set to arrive soon. Thankfully, the video mentioned above shows off what players can expect when Aperture Science gets their hands on some vehicles. Check it out for yourself below:

We welcome all lucky applicants to Bridge Constructor Portal with our new vehicle-based test chambers, Quantum Tunnels and patented Aperture technology!

For the last year we’ve been secretly working in our underground labs on the next iteration of the million-selling Bridge Constructor series. This new stand-alone title will release on PC, MacOS, Linux, mobile devices, and console, and fully embraces the Portal license, one of the most beloved video game franchises of the last decade.

Bridge Constructor Portal will blend the laws of structural engineering and technology straight from Aperture Laboratories into an exciting new game experience, all under the demanding gaze of GLaDOS.”

The new Portal game is expected to arrive on December 20th for PC, Mac, and Linux based systems as well as mobile devices. Unfortunately, the console version of the title isn’t going to be available until early 2018. However, when it does show up next year, it will be for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. Everybody gets some love! Or misery… all depends on how you look at it. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming news, check out the following:
