Disney Movie Release Schedule Revealed for All Upcoming Films Through 2019

Disney Movie Release Schedule

The D23 convention this weekend has had plenty of big announcements for the Walt Disney Company and its many successful properties. The first footage from The Incredibles 2 and Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck It Ralph 2 was seen so far and new information about the upcoming Marvel and Star Wars projects in the works throughout the many sectors of the company. With all of these different production divisions, it can be hard to keep track of them all. Luckily, the full Disney movie release schedule was presented at D23 in a neat and simple timeline image seen below:

The image taken by photographer Bryan Bishop, seen above, tweeted by Adam Hlavac, shows the movie release schedule for all of the films being produced under the Disney umbrella for the rest of 2017 up to the end of 2019. The end of this year has Marvel’s Thor Ragnarok and Pixar’s Coco premiering in November and Star Wars: The Last Jedi in December. With 2018, there’s Marvel’s Black Panther, Avengers Infinity War, and Ant Man & The Wasp. The second Lucasfilm anthology Star Wars film, the Untitled Han Solo, is set to debut as well.

On the core Disney side, we have the live action projects – A Wrinkle in Time, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, and Mary Poppins Returns. There will also be Wreck It Ralph 2 and The Incredibles 2. In 2019, fans will see the release of Captain Marvel, Toy Story 4, Star Wars Episode IX, Frozen 2, the live action Lion King, Dumbo and Mulan remakes, as well as currently untitled Avengers and Disney Animation Studios films.
